WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY? 

FOR PRINTS All prints are produced and shipped from the USA. We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING FEES

I offer free shipping!

I cover shipping fees for any product category offered in my Art Shop .Shipping is free for any destination and for any shipping method. If there are shipping fees displayed in your shopping cart, please use the coupon code FREESHIP to remove all shipping fees. Shipping fees are automatically removed for wall art prints. The coupon code FREESHIP must be used to remove shipping fees for merchandise art prints.

FOR SHIPMENTS TO CANADA All prints are produced and shipped from the USA.  There may be eventual extra charges for import taxes and custom clearance fees, and from experience, you most likely won't. However, If it is the case for your order, you will need to pay a 5% import tax and a custom clearance fee charged by the shipping courier, before they will ship your order. If you need to pay any of these fees, you will receive a notice to do so before receiving your order. Custom clearance fees depend of the shipping courier.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

• We do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL.
• We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
• If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact me through my  Contact Page with your order number for further instructions.

Each order is a custom work of art printed just for you. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However we stand behind our craftsmanship, and are committed to making sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?  

All print sales are final. Please contact me through my Contact Page as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?  

For an order cancellation not yet produced, processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
